FDM
The facial distortion model FDM is a clinical perspective. Within the FDM the patients complaints are envisioned as specific alterations of the shape of the bodies fascia. Once identified these distortions (alterations in shape) can be reshaped. This leads to a normalization of the connective tissue and finally to pain releif and normal function. In general the distortions can be reshaped utilising specific manual techniques.
