The European FDM Association EFDMA is the official representative of the FDM in Europe. It is a non profit organisation. The goals are supervision of training and the support of scientific research in the field of FDM. The EFDMA is in close cooperation with the American FDM Associaltion and the Asian Association FDM and is strongly affiliated with the African FDM Society.

Typaldos Seminar is an EFDMA-certified teaching institution.
